part in the middle. there you have it. 20 reps, butt down, full lockout, no pausing at the top, no spotter.

now i just get to wait for wolfey to blow in and make me look like a pansy.  ::) ;D

Good lift, but what do you mean butt down? You couldn't lift it any higher if you tried.

my HIPS lifted, but my ass NEVER lost contact with the bench. look. you see any light coming through? i have a big ass, it stayed on the bench.

I have never repped 450 so dont know. The 315 for 37 was like 2 yrs ago that same week I did 405 for 22. I aint realy did alot of reps since losing weight. I think my 500 for 10 in the gmy and 500 for 8 on video was my last reps work with heavy weight.

I thought I was being generous going to 315 Damn you guys think I'm Kennelly or something?? Hahahahaha!!!

i honestly and genuinely think he shouldn't be considered an actual entrant. it's like if any of the NPC competitors entered the Mr Getbig, y'know? i'd LOVE to see what Mike's capable of, but obviously if he enters he's going to win by so much it ain't funny.

OK Fuckers see how you all are :)  Today after my full DE workout I did 48 thought 50 was gonna be a go
I was still bangnig them out at 45 I stopped at 46 to get my breath right and bam, I was done :)

Ok I officially pull out of the contest, I was just gonna give my winnings to some poor homeless kids but its is ok all that guilt is now on you guys!!! Seeing as how that poor young kid could of gotten big and ripped on all the protein from ALN. But thats cool just rip it away from him you Heartless bastards :)

Hahaha just messing I was really gonna give it to Rip :)

isn't there a video of hoornstra hitting 260 40 times out there? i'd rather see a 315 rep-out between wolfey and J, honestly. at their level, it's like us repping with 115, more a case of endurance than anything.
