What was the name of that 80's superhero show...

It was kind of a spoof on Superman, where the couldn't take off right to fly and he couldn't land properly.He wore a red suit and cape, and had blond curly hair...

I remember that song, honestly thats my earliest childhood tv memory i never knew the title of the show or the name of the song. i just vaguely remember the guy with the curly hair. WoW!

When I was a kid at some dull-assed adult's party, I heard that coming from the other room.  I went running in there.  Cool!  Greatest American Hero is on!!  Then it turned out it was just the song playing on the radio.

Still haven't recovered.
