No, Zaphod...I am certain I will remain weak as I have always been relatively speaking when I get back in the gym....but with the work I have had done, my docs reccomend that I wilkl not be back to hard training for up to one full year!

Ahhh, the good old days, when I was squatting 515 for reps at 15 years old!
