yes but it slowed down greatly after bush declared jucie a scheduled 3.. it wasnt until the media hyped up what caminiti said in 03 that caused the massive witch hunt. ken died from coke... they found alot of rec drugs in his system when he died.

i new plenty of kids juicing in high school.. they broke out in acne and got bloated so they quit.

up here in Canada it was Ben Johnson at the 88 olympics that started it.  then Canada did the dubbin inquiry that made all Canadian athletes confess their use.  shortly thereafter, steroids became a controlled substance and the counterfeiters made a killing.  kids realized from the athletes confessions how effective drugs were and their use skyrocketted.
