i just drink some whey 1/2 prior, drink some sugar during, drink some whey immidietly post workout wit some vit c, fish oil, and ala            i think its probably just as good if not better than his drinks. although i gotta give him credit for the original idea.

milos, im not attacking you, but could you please provide some evidence on how and why you think your supplements are better?

is it the ingredients, dosage of said ingredients, synergy or something we havent figured out yet.

HYPEREMIA seems to be your selling point, any evidence that it is anabolic. By the same token reactive hyperemia following an occlusion should be anabolic no?
