My diet has been poor, but on the upside I've made some improvements.. I wanna 'diet down' but with 3 weddings comings(epic excuse) up I doubt I'll be able to honor that. I also don't like using ephedrine and shit because I can't sleep. I have been able to make improvements without gaining weight, which was my goal along, but still gotta diet down. I've never been in contest-like shape before so. My lack of willpower is sickening

The improvements have been to the traps, and that's a good thing because now my back is pretty much complete. I need more arm mass, and chest(but that'll probably improve once I shed some weight)
