right now i'm somewhere around 17%BF, 6'2 1/2'',235lbs, my goal is to get to let's say 10% BF, i was thinking of taking test propionate 100mg/ml every other day for 15 weeks and don't know if this would be enough for keeping as much muscle as possible during low calorie diet
1.should i take more test?
2.should i add something? winnie maybe?
so far i've only done 2 cycles, both mild bulkers, once i used 500mg test e, the other time i took 500mg test e and 400 mg eq
