If you just want it for the lower fat your better off getting leaner ground beef, they make a 96/4 that's not to bad tasting.  If it's too bland for you get the 92/8, tastes almost the same as regular ground beef.

I agree with this.  Turkey sucks.  I'm not much of a chicken/turkey person anyway...  I do more seafood, lean red meat, and egg whites.

Buffalo is phenomenal. I eat buffalo more than beef. I usually order it online(buff steaks, tips, ribs, ground buff meat,etc) and it comes delivered to my door. Much lower fat than beef/chicken, more protein as well. Cooks in half the time due to less fat too.
