I didn't watch the whole thing but I agree...it seems overpriced.  Seems like it should have floor to ceiling windows.....and I'd rather be on the ocean.

It really is amazing.  The view is just breathtaking.

Maintenance is a killer though.  The property taxes alone are $1400 a month.

I have been in some unreal homes in Hawaii.  Probably the most beautiful I have ever been in.  A few in Florida have been unreal too.  I don't like many of the house in LA.  I like the ones with a nice view and are in the hills more than the beach areas including Malibu.  Topanga Canyon is really nice.  I like mountain types.  I love the beach and have always lived within a mile of one (till now).  I love tropical.  Very peaceful.

I think the house is beautiful and worth it. A house like that here in Huntington Beach or even Newport would probably be alot more with NO yard. Housing is insane out here.
