I, for one, had no idea you were a competitor in bodybuilding. You must demand that Ron Avidan give you your competitor stars at once.

I think I've finally figured out the "blue star" thing...   Ron only gives them to people who have helped him hook up with expo girls and fitness sluts.   ;D

billy's a guy who is stronger than most here will ever be and, just for the hell of us, got leaner than most here (sadly) will ever be. dude's got a 750-ish pound deadlift, squats around 800, benches over 550 in single-ply gear. he doesn't exactly train like a bodybuilder.

Flat sole with stiff canvas sides allow for a powerlifting style squat to be performed, pushing out on the sides of the shoe, not down against it..
