Cycle or HRT......Input wanted

I had a plan to lean down and start a beginers cycle of Test E 500mg/wk + Dbol for 4 wks followed by PCT. I am currently taking 2 iu/day of HGH.

My first goal was to lean down to 10-12% bf. Currently at 30% :(

Second goal was to gain muscle.

After further reading and input from others I am confused as to what to do.

Should I add my Test E in at 300-400 mg per week with my current HGH dose for an HRT until I am ready to do a bulking cycle

or

should I continue to diet and train until I am ready to cycle

My T levels and IGF-1 levels are extremely low to the point that my doc is willing to prescribe for me.

I would continue dieting until you get below 15% BF.  It's going to be difficult to bulk right now with that much fat on you and your chance for aromatization is really high, more fat = more aromatization.  Adding in a light dose of test a week, say at 300mgs should help you add more muscle while dropipng the fat so that might be an option.  I just wouldn't even think about bulking right now, you need to put on some muscle first and drop the fat to a good level.

If you have very low levels of both Testosterone and IGF-1, the first thing you need to do is get your hormones straight before you even think about fucking around with anabolic steroids in the method you suggested in your post.   Low test and growth hormone levels can be associated with obesity, or they may be the cause of obesity---trust me, I know from my own experience with what happened with my body before I started HRT.   Your doctor should be running a series of tests trying to identify why you have deficiencies.  From there starting  HRT will make a difference in your body composition as hormone levels return to normal levels.  Be patient, you more than likely didn't become deficient over night, you aren't going to correct the deficiency overnight, but you should start to feel better within a couple of weeks. 

You said nothing about your training history or diet.  Are you a beginner, someone who's never lifted weights, a competitive athlete who's let themselves go, or are you somewhere in the middle?  Get your diet and training in order while you are getting your hormone levels back to normal and stable.  Then train your ass off for a while with a clean diet.  After you've plateaued and are no longer making gains, if you are still hell bent for leather to take the drugs, then consider it.

Thanks for the input. I have been lifting since I was in highschool and I am now 36. Started training seriously about 6 years ago. 

I think I am leaning towards an hrt program for now.

2 iu/day HGH
.5mg/day Arimidex
300-400mg Test E/week

bloodwork in another 2-3 months and re-evaluate


(I am afraid that I jacked myself up a couple years ago using prohormones and only using 6-oxo for pct :(  )

Get the proper TRT dose of test from you doc and run just the TRT dose while dieting. This will help you retain and build the muscle you have while on the diet. You should also get some really nice strength gains while on a solid TRT dose. Im talking a dose of like 100 - 200mg ew. What Emmortal and VET said is solid advice, but I don't think you will even need to run as high as 300mg. 300 - 400mg test ew is a lot more than an TRT dose. If your test levels are as low as you imply, 200mg ew will bring your levels up to the top of the scale more than likely. You will see some really nice gains from a good TRT dose. You probably wont see masive weight gains, but strength will be up and also muscle density. You will also feel much better with good hormone levels.
