Wow Kai really did a great routine this time, a lot of shimmying and dancing, even a headstand and moved!!  Dude is the future of bodybuilding, can anyone get a higher quality video of this?

I don't know what everyone is whining about. It's that kind of thing that has the chance to make something of the sport.  Now that everyone has basically what they asked for-someone who doesn't use props, someone with energy and a great physique, someone wild and wacky...they are making more rules and guidelines about how the sport should really be.  Imo, if bbing had more guys like him-with the same energy, then the shows would be a lot more entertaining.

What gave you that idea? It's a legitimate sporting event like any other, where the "men" pump up, oild up, strip, dance and flex for a crowd of men.

I like Kai Green & I like some of his moves.  However, the headstand & split
is completely out of place.  He puts too much emphasis on his ass crack.
It DOES look a little like a strip show.  He's too in love with his own glutes.
He highlites them WAY too much.  This will not help the sport.

When I take friends of mine to a show that have never seen one,
this is the stuff that embarasses me. They cannot relate to it.
