I like him but damn hes worse than King Kamali, atleast kamali did well in the big shows like the ironman and AC. Ben White on the other hand couldnt even crack the top 5 in the weakest lineup of competition bodybuilding has ever seen.

Haha, so much for all his efforts of eating 1100 grams of protein a day and eating 10 meals of cod.

I had a brief, inadvertent interaction with BW in the lobby at the show yesterday, and, unfortunately, it seems what is said of his demeanor is true.

Some of these fellows should learn from a fine guy like Evan C....you can be one of the best in the world and still be NICE.

does he think the IFBB wants a "thug" who intimidates 16yr olds for improperly bagging groceries to the point where he gets kicked out of the store, as a representative of their federation.
