Well i was going to run 800mg of cypiontat and 600mg of eq for 12 wks like i did two years ago but changed my mind and ran the fallowing.
whey protein. 3 drinks a day at 40 grams
glutamine. 5grams three times a day
BCAA. 9 capsules a day
Tribullus. 6 capsules a day// still not sure if this product works/ seamed like a good sex aid
BSN Nitrix/ 9 capsules a day / love this product
Dren by mhp. 2 capsules a day
Vitamins including the fallowing/ zinc magnesium before bed, daily vitamin, fish oil, vitamin c
stack probably ran me around 150 usually get my stuff online basically a quarter of the price of juice.
So far i put on about 8 to ten quality pounds in the last month in a half... diet is clean , in the gym 5 days a wk will start cardio in another wk or so to get ready for summer. Results when i ran juice, 20 pound gain , hard time sleeping, headaches and had to find nolvadex cause my tits were on fire.. my lifts did go threw the rough strength wise and i did look a lot more massive in t shirts but i didnt have the cuts i wanted and my sex drive was amazing till i came off the shit. toke a while till everything kicked back in to normal.. Just wanted to post info for anyone whos debating..
