Most natural people only work on their biceps, chest and calves, the only noticeable bodyparts when wearing shorts and t-shirts in summer.

Yeh, I like feeling strong though, so I love training legs. I'm kinda torn on this one  :-\

this is a very difficult question

remember before you say upper body that both glutes and calves are lower

but of course bigger upper body doesnt mean glutes or calves wont be very well developed just significially smaller

i wonder what your preference would be in women - bigger upper body or bigger lower body?

this too is a very delicate question

i suggest you think it over before you reply.

its f'in ridiculous when you see these guys in the gym benching, curling, screaming "light weight" at each other and there legs look like a couple of bicycle spokes. BTW, these are often the same guys working out in the stained wife beaters

but i had to pick one, im still at the upper

maybe their growth potential is limited to either upper or lower and they made a decision

knowing this maybe you would see them in a different light

A big chest, arms, and traps get more attention than big legs.

big legs don't get any attention unless you go out to a club/bar and pull your pants down.

i notice quite a few of you respond with the body that gets the most attention

is this the reason you work out so you will get noticed? thats interesting from a sociological psychological perspective.

i never thought about that before

I get personal satisfaction from lifting and seeing my body grow.  But its a good bonus if you get attention from others as well.

LOL. At my age, my perspective is informed by physiology, not ego. Give it a few years, it might happen to you.  :)
