2. Squad who's real name is not Dave and he goes by the name Randy who also has a massive gut..

no way in hell that's possible...he'll just end up paying a shitload of legal fees.  All of the information that was posted (to my knowledge) was public information that a 10 year old could have dug up from google if they had enough time.  Plus it doesn't help his case that he basically baited people to find his information if they could. (i think he deleted that post by now)

His outing and 'ownage' wasn't even that bad...some people on bb.com's misc and 4chan have had their lives completely ruined by other members and they still couldn't press charges.
