Highest, right now - around 30%.

I'd estimate in the mid 20%, and at my last show probably 3.5% (but I have no idea, I never measured and don't know if those things are accurate anyway).

BF % results are seldom accurate
Two guys with similar structure claiming to have same bf%
Can look completely different

Anyway
highest 13%
Lowest 10%

Measured with calipers

Current- 13% and planning to go down to 8-9%

Current: Jacked n Tan 11.5% @ 247lb - haven't trained in 4 weeks. Oh and im eating a can of cold ravioli as I post this.

I'd guess highest was roughly 35% and lowest about 13%....I'd guess right now I'm around 20%....don't really know, don't really care.

Pretty much exactly like I have. I've seen the outline of my abs but never got low enough for them to see 3 clear rows. Whatever looks good in the mirror and how my clothes fit is the most important thing.

Flex Wheeler was once measured at 0 % bodyfat at Gold's in Cali. Fact.
There are numerous witnesses to this.

I'm exactly the same. Abs, schmabs......I can take a $10 shirt and make it look like a million bucks.
