Wow your gym has 121 pound dumbells. Mine has 122 pound dumbells.
chins 5 sets 20-50 reps lat pulldowns 200 lbs 12-15 reps one arm db row 165 lb db 10-12 reps+back. bench press6 sets 245- 365lbs 15-5 reps incline db press 6 sets 125 dbs 10-12 reps dips3 sets bwt 15-25 reps-chest. some ab work than home.
