It's a strongman camp, we have the samething. We have kegs, sandbags a 400lb tire, sled, sledeghammers, farmers walks and obsticle course set up. It is fun, but it kicks your ass and gets you strong as hell with great conditioning.
Not that much stuff, but yeah, that's kind of were we're going with it. We're making a "log" and for now, just using dumbells for the farmers apparatus.
We had six guys show up Sat, one quit halfway through the first round, two others puked, one almost passing out........it was a blast.
