2008 IFBB California State Pro Figure 05-24-08

The 2008 IFBB California State Pro Figure Championship will be held Saturday, May 24.

This contest is being held in conjunction with the NPC California State Bodybuilding, Figure and Fitness Championship. The event will be held at the Veteran's Memorial Auditorium, 4117 Overland Ave, Culver City, California, which is about 20 minutes away from downtown Los Angeles.

I will be there taking pictures, having fun, and supporting the NPC and IFBB, and some of my friends in the contest. See you there.

How do you like Jon Lindeys shows???

Jon's shows???   They are what they are !!!!   He told me clearly i don't look like MOST of the others      I am fatter, less muscular  and hold more water....but I AM improving show by show...I placed 6th (outta 6) in a tough light heavy class in THE OC.   I didn't pay for picks   but the DVD shows I looked ok...a little fat here and there   but getting better as I go.   I penny pinch a lot on suppliments and dieting  which may add to my condition   but Gimme 5 more yrs   I'll be up there with all of them!!!!
