boron supplements were the "next big thing" in the 1970s. you couldn't open a bodybuilding mag without finding ads for boron. it was all based on a single study, showing that taking boron pills increased testosterone in post-menopausal women who had boron deficiencies. unfortunately most bodybuilders aren't post-menopausal women with boron deficiencies.
