Works better if you are on juice. For most naturals, they would lose a lot of size and fullness. Naturals are probably better off dieting with about 100 grms of carbs a day, where as juicers can do fine on 50 grms of carbs or less. Of course there's always exceptions to this.

why do you think that ?

i think a high fat diet is a much better idea for a natural than it is for somebody enhanced.

and ketosis would be protein sparing. where as an enhanced athelete doesnt really need to worry about that as much.

From my own experience, I get flat very quickly when I drop carbs as low as Palumbo reccomends. I get no pump whatsoever. A juicer is going to have more glycogen storage, more muscle hydration, water retention, so they're not affected as severely as a natural. Throw, GH into the picture and you have even more fullness. Again, like I said, it's not the same for everyone, but you can always spot naturals on super low carbs, they get real stringy looking.

well i think dave recommends high intensity low volume traiing, thus depleting very little glycogen; and he allows for one re feed meal per week, PLUS 50 trace carbs very day.. which in theory is enough glycogen to power your workouts and to preserve muscle tissue

as a natural the best diet i ever did was the anabolic diet by pasquale..   high fat zero starch weekdays with a two day carb up on the weekends..

It amazes me how Palumbo (I won't call him Dave as I'm not his buddy) has managed to manoeuvre his elephantine hips into the position of 'bodybuilding guru'.

This is a guy whose picture is frequently posted on websites as an example of one of the worst ever physiques. He has a medical condition named after him - joke or not - and he sold fake GH to his supposed friends.

He is also extremely effeminate and uses too much eyeliner.

I'm doing it now, preparing for a contest.I feel much better than I normally do on low carbs, I am full and droping fat at 2 to 3 pounds a week. I do agree though the a natural would loose size on this diet.

Palumbo's diet is ketogenic, which as Candi already explained is < 50g carbs a day, with no direct carbohydrate sources.

Unless you're using DNP with your clen and t3, that's not all fat. I promise you. Even still it wouldn't be.

Palumbo's diet is ketogenic,

Fine, Palumbo recommends his  saps 'clients'  do Keto. That's fine. Let's not get confused here and credit the fake GH peddler with 'inventing' Keto.

Here's my version of Keto/Atkins.

I call it Katkins becuase I am a guru.

You eat fats and proteins all week and carb up on the weekend.

However, my twist to it all is that you eat your meals while doing a handstand.

That will be 500 dollars and if you need some fake GH, I've got a garage full of it   :D

who you gonna credit? lyle mcdonald? atkins? mario pasquale? dan duchaine? ... or how about the swedish doctors who back in the early 20th century first thought about using ketosis to keep epilepsy patients form having seizures.. ???

you can give palumbo credit for his version of it. nothing wrong with that.

Well he recommends it to his clients, and the public, so who does that leave?

How is anyone crediting him anything?  It is his version of a ketogenic diet.  How does a man 'invent' a metabolic state?

LOL stupid.

If you were aware of the resources the body requires to burn that amount of adipose tissue, you would understand and realize the improbability (especially continually on a week to week basis). An easy way to determine what is being lost is through caliper measurements.

Haven't tried it, but extremely low carbs doesn't sound that good to me.
I wanna be active during the day and keep a sharp mind.

Right now i'm doing a slow diet. Little caloric deficit, just by watching the carbs.
Weight is coming off very slowly (have lost 4kg = 9 pounds), and waist has gone down two inches. I'm new to dieting, but i guess this is a good trade-off.

Strenght is good, no real cravings, dieting is pretty easy.
