In theory, yes. In real gym time, no. Quarter to half rep's seem to be the norm among some top BB's and the Pro's. Never seen a full contraction, let alone a full ROM. Good Luck.

i do that during deadlifts!sometimes i even play a on the edge game of prairie doggin!
Toxy, the same thing happens to me, only that it happens when I do ez preacher curls.

i think yall r thinking i sit there and squeeze for 5 seconds..its just a second and back down..but now if i do that i cramp up
You need to have muscles to establish a mind muscle connection so you are wasting your time. Maybe you should take up a different hobby that you are more suited for, like sitting in a bar by yourself getting rejected by women. You would be great at that.
