Why would Bush give oil to a terror state, just so they'd stop setting off nukes?

He labeled them as a terror state.  Then he negotiated with them.  negotiations failed.

Then, on the 4th of July at the very minute a space shuttle launched, NKorea fired 6 to 8 ICBM missiles at us, right?  Right at hawaii, but they failed before hitting.


Usually, that's considered an act of war.  How did we respond?  We gave them a million barrels of oil to stop shooting at us.  APPEASEMENT, defined!

We gave them a dump truck full of money to stop shooting at us.
They took the money, bought more guns, then started shooting at us.

So, we paid other terror groups to attack them.  They attacked us instead.
