Hearing Strydom on the radio was cool. Good guest. He said they paid him 1 million dollars over 3 years to leave the IFBB and go to the WBF. Thats a pretty good amount of cash for 20 years ago. I bet any of todays guys would take that deal and run.

Gary had plugs put in about five years ago, they didn't take.
This new round of plugs is looking to be more successful.
It's good to see a new and relaxed Strydom mixing with the public! Great role model for the sport!
