Every Getbigger own their own home. Two homes actually. 9 out of 10 Getbiggers own a home in either the Hamptons or Martha's Vineyard where they plow supermodel or stripper pussy mercilessly in between posting on Getbig critiquing Kai Green's gyno and bench pressing 900lbs raw for 10 reps.

central valley i own it and its worth 3 million...it was at about 5.5 million two years ago though,,,,had it built back in 88, remodeld it one a year since then

We put a hundred Gs down on a $407,000 home in Westchester, NY three years ago. Faithfully paying off my mortgage each month and trying to knock off as much extra principal each month too. No idea what its worth now with the housing market doing what it is doing but we're probably going to be looking for a larger place in the next 2-3 years as we make more babies.

I own my grandmother's basement. Paid for it after I got her to co-sign over the proceeds from my grandfather's life insurance policy. Own the title to the concrete walls free and clear. Also driving grandfather's golf cart, which I also own free and clear. Not the coolest looking wheels, but it's electric and so I can buy supplements instead of gasoline!

I have my own, but I rent it out and live on a condo though as it's fairly large and for me, as a single person I hardly need all that room. Property prices here are very expensive, but then you can also rent your "tropical villa" for obscene sums to foreigners so rental return can be quite good.

With house prices down roughly 25%, I'm sorry to break the news to you; your $100k downpayment has just vanished. If you're planning to get a larger place, where's your downpayment coming from? (assuming the house market doesn't bounce back dramatically in the next 2 years)

Only put 10% down on mine, but pay the mortgage twice a month at 3-4x the monthly, so even though it's declined in value (based on comps), I owe quite a bit less than it's worth. It's going to take me at least 5 years to pay it off, though.

I bought a home in orlando florida area cost about 600k, 3700sq ft, 5 bedroom, 3 car garage, I went to indiana for a weekend played the powerball and won 1 million dollars after taxes I was able to pay off the home alone. I bought the multiplier for winning powerball only cost me 1 extra dollar if you look up the latest indiana winner for powerball.com you will see my story. I missed the powerball number like 20 numbers or I would have over 100 million dollars before taxes....
