Well, the only answer would be attaining medical examination reports filled by these bb's doctors; as I'm certain these athletes would have doctors they visit. Hank can better explain it with medical reports to support his theory. To have flu-like symptoms is harmless; anyone can get over the flu by resting and antibiotics. Obviously the symptoms are not life-threatening or these athletes would speak against it:)
Hank get evidence of what is the root of the flu-like symptoms, and then post it. if you have nothing to support it, then it seems it's all in your head; and it usually is.
