Mike is very good at Judo also. Judos and Jujitsu guy is always good in valetudo and Pride.

At least O'Hearn is not wearing that Tankini anymore.

Props to Mike, when I first started lifting years ago his physique was what I attained for.  I had the arnold posters and Ferigno posters but I knew that those physiques were not possible without drugs and worked hard to look like Mike.

Someone here said O Hearn was in Gold's Venice doing a 45 degree leg press with 20 plates, using only one leg.

He also needs a chinstrap for that hair helmet he is sporting...Its almost as bad as Gary Strydom's...Being vain in the 21st century also allows a person to lose there wig..
