She'd be a good candidate for this position under Obama.  Announcing it before the election would keep her voters.  She'd still be very effective and quite involved with policy.  Might be a safe compromise for Obama.

Senators have more 'power' (meaning they can make more money). 

She'd be horrible for the job, but one thing is certain - a high-ranking position would have to be PROMISED to her before the convention in order to attract any of her supporters.
