Skin is very tight for a guy your age...signifies healthy metab and good genetics...lots of water and hard work and not wildly fluctuating with bodyweight over the year

Tim...if you are competing in  November...why don't you enter our NPC Northern States...we have open and Master's...we'd foot your entry fee...always need good competitors..you'd likely clean up...Mike

Yeah. thats really i agree. Normaly, this age has loose skin problem but he looks very tight.
