Which one has higher gi?
Im trying to make a little "fix" to my diet by removing 2 meals that contain rice, switch to potatoe and keep the rice for after training.

both are high glycemic. low glycemic would be beans, ezekiel bread, barley, whole wheat unrefined high fiber bread, a high fiber cereal (like all bran or hatever its called)
