These are my first offseason pics I have taken. These were taken on Monday. Weight is at 205lbs, Bodyfat is at 13%. I have 5 months til Team Universe. My end weight will probably be around 215 on stage. As I diet up. My BF should drop to about 2%

Only way he's gonna gain that much muscle and lose fat is if he's at the prime of his natural test production in his late teens or has only been lifting for 3 months.  And even then it's highly doubtful.

i think its possible to put on muscle while losing body fa, 4sho. most people sould be able to do it. but once your down below 7-9 %bf.. then your definitely not gonna be building muscle ... MAYBE just a tiny if your on a ton of shit
