Has anyone ever actually followed the prescribed directions of intake?

I took one of them and training my ass off for 3 hours and couldn't sleep... I took one at 5:00pm got to sleep at 2 AM

I think if I took 3 twices a day I fuckin DIE!!!

When you start with Hydroxycut Hardcore, I would be careful in taking the prescribed doses, as your body is not used to it.  When you get used to it, then it is a different story.  But I know that the product has quite a huge success ratio to it.

There are quite a few Hydroxycuts, although for the Hardcore series, they come in two counts, the 120 cnt bottle and the 210 count bottle.

Hydroxycut Regular comes in 100 count and 150 count bottles.

Hydroxycut Max For women (latest products) comes in 120cnt bottle.

Then they have a Hydroxycut Caffeine Free and a Hydroxycut Natural (although this one is discontinued).


And on the mainstream side of it, they have even more sizes.

That happened the first time I tried Hydroxycut Hardcore (HH). I’d say that, regardless of how many you take per day (and please don’t exceed the max dose of 6 a day, unless you enjoy having baggy eyes), if you train later at 5:00 pm or later, DO NOT CONSUME HH (or any fat-burner, for that matter).

You must be talking about another MuscleTech fatburner: ThermoShred, ThermoGain, or the previous version of Hydroxycut.

The max dose for Hydroxycut Hardcore is 6 capsules; that is 2 capsules, taken 3 times per day.

Hydroxy Cut Hardcore.. Has a max. prescribed dosage of 6 - 3 twices a day. I have only taken one a day so far. I do train after 5 pm more like 8 pm to 11pm. So It's very difficult to take any fatburner.

Accept T3 which I take when I get up to piss at 4am. this being best taken on an empty stomach.

Maybe I'll will the lottery tonight and will be able to train anytime I want,,,,,,LOL

Anyway, It didn't work for you? It works for energy, at least for me. I took two in the morning today, then cleaned my suv, followed by 1 hour of cardio. :-\

Hydroxycut Hardcore is quite the popular fat-burner. Vitamin Shoppe keeps it in the back storeroom, putting the empty bottles on display, because people keep stealing it.


Based on what I've read from supplementjudge.com, the consensus is that it definitely revs you up. The biggest complaints have been the price, jitters/insomnia (from taking the product too late), and red feces from the dye used in the capsules.

yeah i'm told that stuff hits hard..i'd start slowly ramping the dosages. You've have to be a FIEND to take 8 caps a day or more. yikes!

Some times I think the bottle just says to take the higher dosages because they want you to use up the bottle faster, and become addicted, resulting in return customers.
