joined new gym

left LA fitness finally and in a hard core gym. the equipment is old as dirt but everything works, nothing has a sign on it that says out of order, no waiting for equipment, no air conditioning. machines hitting different angles, haven't had a pump like this in a while!!! found a new home!!!!!!

Sounds good, always good to get in new suroundings.  Helps to be in a gym that has people who are better than you also, now I dont know if this is the case with you cause your pretty damn good.

me= planet fatness fitness and World Gym.  Plus some weights at home and uphill walks.  Meddie isn't a bodybuilder you know.  Just love doing arms and chest ha ha ha
