Quality control in manufacture should be a major concern for anyone taking hormones. Potency irregularities with OTC prohormones seem common, and who knows what other contaminants or substitutions the manufacturer is letting in for the sake of their profits. They know very well that their products will be outlawed in the near future, so they're in the game for a quick buck, not the long haul and a good rep.
Pharmaceutical companies are also profit driven of course, but their quality control is held to a much higher standard. With Schering, Organon, etc, you will spend a few more bucks but you will get what you pay for. With UG and OTC prohormones there's no telling what you're getting no matter how much you pay.
