Flex Lewis is making the trip to Tampa for his IFBB Pro Debut. He'll do well in the 202 & Under Class. Guest posing at the JR USA last weekend:

He's looking good considering he's way off contest-ready - chest appears to have been brought up and his arms are much improved but he still needs a lot more lat width.

He was just in my gym a couple of weeks ago doing a dvd with Rich Gaspari and Jason Arntz. He is going to do very well in his show.
Both of these guys with their great calfs jumped on my 1000 lb. (one thousand) calf machine and repped it out with no warmups.

I still thing Flex is a very very decent bodybuilder; I just think he's top material regardless of anything else...he has the quality of a top teir guy and you can tell the IFBB discipline is there in full force. He is a consummate pro from everything I'm seeing with him.
