Now paco is my trainer and he oblige me to train in front of him or sometime together two times a week.
Tomorrow is the first day and he is very well-known for super hard trainee.
I am afraid if he is gonna kill me....!

No no. I have known him before and he knows that i want to be better as a natural BBer as possible.
So, he told me that my way is very hard. So He said that Eating, cardio, training...everything should be more strict than juicers.

That's obvious, man. If you modify your hormonal balance, everything changes: protein synthesis, HDL levels, recuperation, etc....One of the first thing Iv'e learnt is that when you're a natural and you intend to stay that way, you can't buy the bullshit pros try to sell you about how often and how long they train, how much they eat (specially the protein intake).
