according to Lee Priest Mr. Dillet hardly did drugs. He was just a natural beast. Sweep picking develops major cuts.
music sounds like 1987
just a little clen
As far as dose, its more of an individual matter w/ thyroid. Defendis would use just 25mcg t4 daily. Paul Dillet was on the opposite end of the spectrum using as much as 400mcg/day of t4 with as much as 400mcg clen as well. He was also exophthalmic, a classic sign of hyperthyroidism. For me, I am fairly sensitive to the cardiac effects of thyroid, particularly t3. People who use t4 often do so b/c these effects seem to be lessened. For me personally, anything over 50mcg t3 will eventually cause palpitations. The highest I have gone on t4 is 100mcg/day. I see no problems with going higher, say up to 100-150mcg t3 or 200-300mcg t4, if it is well tolerated. I have always been on the lower end of the dose spectrum where thyroid is concerned, but this is something you have to find out for yourself. Thyroid dosing is more individualized in my experience than say AAS dosing. I would not recommend using thyroid w/ out concurrent use of AAS/T. I do not think that insulin or GH would be sufficient to stave off catabolism.
