He used to look good, but those days are long gone his conditioning has gotten progressively worse since
now hes blocky with little/no cuts big as a house though

or perhaps its just because his competition is allowed to use diuretics too ! ( in referance to jay cheating in 2001 )

oh and i think jays problems ith his physqiue, other than his wide waist, probably stems from his diet.

here is a pic of him when he won the arnold classic and when he made the "shredded" dvd ----he was definitely suffering from nerve damage as you can see the imbalance in his left and right side

I give him credit for being able to overcome this problem as it has ruined Ron Coleman's career---though ron suffered muscle tears as well

The dude has gotten progressively worse over the years, YET mysteriously seems to be place higher and higher. It makes NOT sense. He did look decent in 1999-2001 (big biceps), but he's gone downhill since then and is 2 time Mr. O???

And remember that Jay last year (2007) was more than 20lbs heavier than he was in 2001. He looked awesome in 01. Seems that as he got progressively heavier, his conditioning has suffered $:-\$
