The writings on the wall.... the question here is what kinda board do we want this?

I'd like to see a board where people can talk about bodybuilding and powerlifting without the thread getting hijacked by two or more polesmokers trying to convince everyone that they aren't polesmokers.

Another thing, no dragging in past feuds to the Board.

I will be discussing the future of this board with the Great and Mighty Ronaldo soon.

That is the gist of it, though, no flaming allowed and full discussion of bbing and workouts/diets, bbers, powerlifters, etc. Hopefully we can bring some pros back and get them to post in this area.

The Almighty Ronaldo will make the final draft on the decision and I will enforce the rules with swift and just violence.
