i go 3 days of purely green veggies, lean meat, and flax seed at every meal 9except no flax post workout)... and on 4th day i do the same diet but seconde to last meal eat like 100grams of carbs... trainign hard and doing morning empty stomach cardio and post training empty stomach cardio...
HOPEFULLY, and this is my goal... my reason to diet... i want to feeel sexy while naked and sitting down in a chair
this is good because i like being naked and i need to feel good about myself to not be uncomfortable with myself
