Hello everyone! I don't know if you're aware of this, but I've created a blog dedicated to my thoughts on the female muscle industry called FitGems. So far I've posted my thoughts on the fitness and figure side of the industry as well as starting my "Sharing a TenSpot" interview spots, as my first one was with IFBB Pro and board member Jane Awad. I plan on highlighting up and coming stars in the future.

I fail to see a link to gymstories.com on your page... very disappointing.

As I've said twice already, 'female muscle blogs' - aside from GeneX's - always fail, because they always suck.

Will the “pro figure letter” work in the long run?
To me, this is too early to answer this question. Issac Hinds (one of the top people in the female muscle industry) mentioned...

To each his/her own, I guess.

However, I'm gonna make this VERY CLEAR...

I'm not making this blog to be a bigshot, nor do I expect this to be taken seriously in weeks. Hell, this blog might take a while before it gets anywhere. Blogs are supposed to be opinionated, and that's what my blog is. I don't care if I don't follow the trend of everyone elses. My goal is to get people to talk about it and come up with their own solutions, their own conclusions. My words are NOT law.

Voltaire said this quote with I try to follow in life: "I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it." That's my take on life, as well as why my posts are the way they are.

BTW, I do thank those that have at least went to the site and checked it out. It means a lot to me.

Cray's a good guy and of course I want to support the young brothas, but that won't change my opinion about damn blogs.

He said he's going to start covering shows, though, so that will give him the chance to really show his stuff.

I know for a fact that I can't be a credible part of the industry without getting my "feet" wet and attending a show myself. I'm unfortunate to live in a place where contests are RARE.

So having this contest within driving distance is a big deal for me. Now I just need a ride there. LOL.

I'm gonna talk to Kate and see if I promote the show on the site.

If I was to choose 25 pro competitors to participate in a hypothetical Arnold Classic Physique contest, here's who I would choose. You might be surprised at who I chose. All you have to do is look at them and you could possible guess why I chose them over others. This also marks my first photo blog. WHEW!
