i drank for 15 hours straight this weekend and today at the gym i did several pr's so my conclusion is this: alcohol does wonders to your body

for some reasons it may pump you up for a workout, but it will slower your metabolism nonetheless in the end.

I once did a leg workout at 6am...after an all-nighter!  :o

 when I squatting, I was coming up crooked and almost fell forward into the mirror!  ;D

I've been in a gym when I was still pissed from the night before. It was horrible
