He speaks the truth.  Far too many so called bodybuilders here spend too much time chatting or walking back and forth to the water fountain, checking themselves in the mirror along the way.

Ronnie had naturally better genetics than Dorian. Same goes with Flex and Dillett. All had a lazy attitude towards working out. Dorian busted his ass in the gym and had to work THAT much harder, because he wasn't blessed with incredible genetics.
