i'd be surprised if you could deadlift 264 in your current shape.
i dont deadlift, the spine is the central stability point of all movements, if one burns out the spine then it is hard to do other exercises with a brittle back
ive done many times a one hand deadlift with 300 pounds on a long bar balancing it and all. its not hard. however deadilfting for reps would make it harder to work other body parts effectivley
my best ever full squat is 315 for about 5 reps, my legs are built more for endurance plus they dont look half bad either
best bench 365 for 2 sloppy reps
best cheat curl 225 for 3-4 reps
