Okay dudes. I'm just really starting to turn it up to "11" because summer is coming and true Alpha's sense the seasonal changes and do their best to beast it up.

Anyways as I stated in another thread I purchased an Element and along with it they have an A/V jack in there. I decided I needed a new Ipod to hold all my tunes....

I purchased the 160gb Ipod classic but I'm having one major issue.

I strap this bitch around my left arm since the left is associated with the devil and I'm trying to conjure up immoral thoughts and shit to fuel me.

The ipod weighs 5.7oz's. 1lb has 16 ounces in it. Now I know this might look like I'm overreacting like that time I swore snorting Tang was a good way to uptake carbs but listen....

When I do shoulder movements (typically 25 sets per shoulder) I'm adding 1lb to my left arm every 2.8 reps!!!

25 sets 10 reps each
250 tasty lifts

I'm not very good at math but this is adding almost 90lbs to my left arm when I'm lifting!!!!!!

Should I be concerned with over development of my left delt or should I let that shit right and have like this gnarly looking cannonball delt and one baby one?
