Bannout was great when he nailed it for the '83 O, never did it again though.

I agree totally. if anything I would say that Mo is far more impressive than Samir, who I also rate highly.

It go to show that the Arab has wonderful, blessed genes. beautiful muscles and great brains. Egypt was the first great civilization. no wonder Nasser is most intelligent of all bodybuilders. also the best ever imo.

I agree with GH15 - who is a real bodybuilder and not an unemployed Yates lover - he said 'this is as good as pro bodybuilding gets' ..

Samir Bannout, Fouad Abiad, Ahmad Haidar... I'd say, for such a small country, Lebanon hasn't done bad with bodybuilding!

I love Mo and admire Samir's physique so your sad attempt at trolling is not working. What is a fact is that neither of them ever look like this . no one ever have this much mass in such a symmetrical style.

No I started the tread because its a fact , Samir is still the best Arab bodybuilder who ever lived , it has nothing to do with Nasser .

Comparing bodybuilders from that era to modern ones is apples vs. oranges. You can similarly take Frank Zane and say "he's the best White bodybuilder ever!" just because he has a smaller waist and can be considered more aesthetic than Yates, since that was the look of that time.

Nasser had Bannout's look when he was about 25.

and he's not one dimensional like Nasser he looks outstanding from all angles most poses. Nasser can't pull off kneeling shots and 3/4 twisting shots

I don't buy this for a moment , I do recall him stating he felt that after Yates retired Nasser would be the bext bodybuilder of Arab decent to be Mr Olympia .

Honestly, I don't see anything special with Bannout's physique. Maybe because it's a physique from 1982, which is so much smaller than today's physiques.

Lol, only a fool would be so (Sharma = a gimmick). Arab culture is inferior in many ways, and arab achievement (besides the "luck of oil") the last 50 years is pathetic compared to the west. Arab average IQ and arab literacy is pathetic compared to the west, and countries like Japan. Anybody thinking arab culture is superior = fools. It = a stone age culture in many ways.

Hahaha a couple of million jews has accomplished hundreds of times more stuff than over a billion muslims the last 100 years. Jews = brutally superior to arabs.
