Today was a good day...i usually have trouble cooking my eggs and they come out nasty...today i cooked 5 perfect over easy eggs with 4 egg whites on the side...i cooked them just right and they were great

Get a good pan, & watch them so you don't screw them up. it's not that hard.

Buy them by the gallon...much easier, much better, more economical.

Really really good over easy eggs are not easy.

tips:

brown butter till it almost burns

use a small pan that's perfect for 2 or 3 eggs

sprinkle a little mild paprika for that extra "eye" appeal.
