question about vitargo+creatine product
« on: May 29, 2008, 01:35:25 AM »
remember when an insider said that Nutrex's vitargo-cgl used cheap chinese creatine?
well i noticed they've come out with 'volu-gro' - which has exactly the same ingredients as vitargo-cgl
so i was wondering if this one's OK to buy
thanks

What's exactly the point of having creatine mixed with Vitargo? If on a metabolic level, you're using glycogene I don't see the point of having extra creatine in your system. And if you're doing myofibrillar hypertrpohy, what's the use of Vitargo then?
