not too loud now...
"SWEETMUSCLES" will come in and start ranting
again.
405 probably seems too "out of the realm" of being NATURAL.

don't wanna hear that fag go off again with his crap.
dudes got sand in his vagina!  ;D

you need to get bigger because if you can get yourself to look like this at 220lb you will win a pro card,,you need immidiatly after the coming competition after the rebound that happenes natuirally ....get on legit human grade dianabol and testosterone ,,that is it,,you are very young and you can be a professional ,,

dianabol at 10-12 tablets a day
test at 500mg-1000mg a week,,long easter human grade
use letrozole for less estrogen rebound at 1mg every 2-3 days

your mission is to get up to 240lb next time around while lifting very heavy and with decent form,,do it as close as you can after your competition,,do not wait too long rebound into the 210 and from there up to 240 maybe even 250 with the cycle i mentioned,,

you will be a professional bodybuilder in my opinion,,also work those skinny legs
youre look very very good for 20 year old on minimal doses
no need for gh or insulin yet you got extemely good potential even with out them,,the only thing you need to do is to grow bigger the way you look EXACTLY THE WAY YOU LOOK

Thanks Gh15 !
What you said is exactly what I planed to do right the day after the show.

My problem past off-season was that I ate too much junk food and not enough "good carbs", I tried to eat too much protein and not enough good carbs.

sucks that I pretty much lost my time last off-season by not eating correctly but the lesson is learned this time  8)

I'll still keep the BF% somewhat in check, I will do cardio on non training days the whole off-season and not go higher than 12% bf or so

You look verry good for a 20 year old !The teens are getting bigger and  bigger, but alot of them are nog "really" hard, it think that will be your strong point.

Can you give a little insight in your diet and training style.

I know you did the milos giant sets before, still doing them ?

I just wanna point out that this guy's prep from now on in reflects the realest bodybuilding you can find on the net and if Steve and Alex are willing to pump up their presentation here they stand to make themselves very marketable somewhere in the industry.  Steve has the looks and physique that most who read the magazines or hang out here "would be happy with" and looking at it from this perspective just makes the whole thing appear very "attainable."  Here you have no bullshit and no extremes and everything involved here can more or less be "discussed" as there's not much shame in anyone's game in this case so I hope we can make the most of it and not run Steve off the rails in our doing so.  Steve appears to me to be a pretty well-adjusted, decent young man so he does the sport proud and we all know Alex to be a stand-up guy with a perfecty level head on his shoulders so that's what we're working with here.  Look at the view count already.  This is premium stuff and represents the best of what Getbig has to offer so let's make the most of this.  These runs tend to turn legendary so Steve get your camera situation cleared up and take some time this weekend to get us some material to work with.  You could make theads of particular workouts, your kitchen set-up, anything.  Win, lose or draw you stand to make your name a household on in the sport with this and you can have a future in the sport if you want one regardless of the size level you achieve. Too much size on your frame's gonna fuck it up anyway so go ahead and step this up man.

Here's what's going on for those of you who need to catch up:

Steve B

Steve is a 19 year old Canadian Bodybuilder who is competing again this year. He contacted me at 12 weeks out to finish up his prep for this years show in July. With added size this year, he plans to take his condition and overall look to a whole new level this year. Steve has a big future ahead of him in the sport. Im glad to be part of the journey.

Stavios has a broad frame with long limbs.  Similar to Wolfe in that respect.

you remember Antoine ? My friend who will be against me in the juniors is just as impressive, but shorter.
I'll just hope I can come in much leaner than him, but I know he will be in shape

In the open, I might try depending on how I look like but usually at the Provincial people are not smooth. They are sharp and thick and I think I will look very small next to them. But I might still try it, I'll wait near the show to decide what I do

My diet is high proteine, carbs are pretty high too, low fat

i think you have the right plan.

open men's at the provincial level is no joke.

you have guys competing who have been to the national level and need to re- qualify. guys who have been at the provincial level for years as well. it's a different ball game, as you well know.

stick to doing juniors. take your time, your young and will make an impact by winning your class there.

better to have won your class and showcased your potential and using that momentum to go into your next show than getting lost in the shuffle and possibly placing poorly (depending on who shows up) in the open.

LMAO !!!!

I think posting pics is a great way to come in in shape, you look far worse in pictures than in front of the mirror so when you look good in picture, you know you look good in person too

now people: stop saying I will win, there are other good competitors that you haven't see, I don't have this in the bag at all ! thanks for the compliments tho  :)

very true ! those are some big guys and they all come in conditionned usually, I think I would place near dead last in the open.

I will try a regional show next year in the open with some added size but starting at the provincial in the open is a HUGE step for the junior class  :-\

I'll put my energy in trying to place top 3 junior. but placing don't mean much to me, I just want to be in awesome shape.
If I am in great shape, I will be happy even if I don't win
